Please note:

• Enter at the front of the building. The clinic is on level one, with lift access. The clinic is wheelchair accessible. 
• Free parking is available at the rear of the building, for the duration of your appointment only. A code for parking will be provided prior to your appointment.
• Home and / or school visits can be arranged as appropriate, with provision of a travel fee.
